**Wen wir suchen**:
Wir suchen eine engagierte und erfahrene Person für die Position des **Technical Directors (m/w/d)**, die unsere technologische Vision vorantreibt und die Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer IT-Strategie leitet. Die ideale Kandidatin oder der ideale Kandidat verfügt über umfassende Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Technologiebereichen und hat ein starkes Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unseres Unternehmens.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen IT-Strategie, die die Geschäftsziele des Unternehmens unterstützt
- Führung und Entwicklung eines hochqualifizierten IT-Teams, um die technologischen Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu erfüllen
- Verantwortung für die Sicherheit, Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit unserer IT-Infrastruktur
- Identifizierung und Bewertung neuer Technologien sowie deren Integration in bestehende Systeme
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Geschäftserfolg vorantreiben
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Datenschutz
- und Compliance-Richtlinien im IT-Bereich

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich, einschließlich Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung, Datenmanagement und IT-Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung in der Leitung von Technologieprojekten und im Change-Management
- Starkes Verständnis für aktuelle Technologietrends und deren Anwendung im Unternehmenskontext
- Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte verständlich zu kommunizieren
- Innovationsgeist und die Fähigkeit, kreative Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und neue Technologien zu evaluieren
