Wir suchen ab sofort einen hochmotivierten Mitarbeiter/in **Technical Service Support Inhouse / Hotline **(m/w/d) für den Bereich Neurologie. Ihr Arbeitsort ist wahlweise in unserer Niederlassung in Planegg bei München oder Remote.
Sie werden Teil eines größeren globalen Teams sein und eng mit unseren Kundenservice sowie mit anderen Teams im gesamten Unternehmen zusammenarbeiten und kooperieren. Bei uns arbeiten engagierte und hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter/-innen, die aus den verschiedensten Bereichen der Medizintechnik kommen. Falls Sie bisher noch keinerlei Erfahrungen in der Neurologie sammeln konnten, stellt das kein Eintrittshindernis dar.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Telefonische Annahme von Kundengesprächen an der Technischen Hotline
- Entgegennahme von Kundenreklamationen an der Technischen Hotline und per E-Mail
- Kundenunterstützung (z.B. bei technischen Störungen) via Telefon, E-Mail und Fernwartung
- Erfassung, Planung, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Serviceaufträgen
- Support und Installation von Geräten via Fernwartung - in Ausnahmefällen ggf. auch vor Ort
- telefonische Unterstützung des Außendienst
- Teilnahme an Schulungen, gelegentlich Dienstreisen an unseren Standort in Planegg bei München
**Ihr Profil**:
- Technische Affinität, ggf. technische Ausbildung mit Kenntnissen in Elektronik und Computer-Technik
- erste Erfahrung in einer (technischen) Hotline oder im Telefonsupport wünschenswert
- Medizinische Kenntnisse (z.B. Medizinprodukteberater) wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort
- und Schrift
- Service-Erfahrungen (evtl. auch im Feld) wünschenswert
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen und Teilnahmen an mehrtägigen Schulungen/Messen und Seminaren
