**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Formelentwicklung im Rahmen von IIM Projekten inklusive der selbstständigen Verfolgung und Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Timings
- Eigenständige Planung von R&D Projekten, Vorschläge für neue Projekte und Methodenoptimierung, Leitung von Teilprojekten
- Selbstständige Planung und Herstellung von Laboransätzen sowie Durchführung entsprechender Stabilitätsprüfungen
- Initiierung von erforderlichen Wirksamkeits-, Konsumenten
- und Verträglichkeitsstudien
- Eigenständige Datenkontrolle, Ergebnisdokumentation und Präsentation der Ergebnisse, auch in englischer Sprache
- Eigenständiger Aufbau und Erweiterung des Fachwissens, selbstständige Literatur
- und Patentrecherche, ggf. Initiierung von Patentanmeldungen
- Kooperation mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Teilnahme an internen Arbeitskreisen, Leitung interner technischer Austauschgruppen; Temporärer Vertreter des Vorgesetzten in IIM-Core-Teams
- Anleitung von Praktikanten sowie Auszubildende
**Ihr Profil**:
- Ausbildung als Chemielaborant (w/m/d) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von kosmetischen oder pharmazeutischen Produkten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich kosmetische Rohstoffe und Formulierung sind von Vorteil (insbesondere leave-on Produkte)
- Selbständiges Arbeiten & Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte im Hinblick auf wechselnde Prioritäten und Timings zu managen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, auch auf Englisch
- Ausgeprägte Kooperations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
- IT Affinität und Kenntnisse der Beiersdorf internen R&D Software (z.B. Opcenter, uncountable)
