**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in the field of IT
- You have already gained 3 years of experience with Salesforce and therefore have a deep understanding of the platform
- You have a profound knowledge of Sales, Service, Digital Experience Clouds and CPQ (will be an advantage)
- You feel comfortable with hands-on projects in Salesforce
- Ideally, you have already worked with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder, Flows etc.
- You have knowledge of integration with other tools (Hubspot, DocuSign)
- You have knowledge of data migration with e.g. Data Loader
- You have a good understanding of business processes and enjoy working in Scrum and with user stories.
- You are business fluent in English

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- You are responsible for troubleshooting system issues within Salesforce
- You are responsible for working on projects by providing the system configuration
- You are responsible for providing technical advice on changes to the tool environment
- You will be responsible for advising users on new tools and system features
- You are responsible for providing technical demos with storytelling
- You develop POCs (Proof of concepts) with the team of admins and developers
- You are the contact person for data migration and for training other admins on system functionality.
