The **HelloFresh Payments team** enables customers to pay for their meal boxes using their preferred methods and effectively manage subscriptions. We focus on creating customer-facing digital products for a global audience, covering recurring payments, optimizing the checkout process for web and native apps, tackling fraud, and addressing voucher abuse.

**The role**:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager for Payments to join our fast-paced team. Lead the development and enhancement of payment products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional payment solutions that drive business growth. Strong leadership with technical and problem-solving skills required to make the right product decisions

**What you’ll do**:

- **Payments Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives, considering industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Product Development: Drive end-to-end product development, prioritizing features based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities. Adapt the product roadmap as needed to align with company goals.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Advocate for a customer-centric approach in product development, conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and collaborating with customer support teams for improved payment experiences.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of payment initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate product plans.
- **Performance Monitoring & Competitive Analysis**: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure payment product success. Analyze market insights and competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.

**What you’ll bring**:

- **Payments Expertise**: Experienced in payment products, fintech solutions, and subscription-based models. Knowledgeable in payment technologies and risk management. Familiarity with Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions is a plus.
- **Strong Product Management Skills**: Proven track record delivering complex products from concept to launch. Skilled in product strategy, creating roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams. Proficient in customer-centric design and UX principles.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Can inspire and align cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
- **Analytical & Data-Driven**:Strong analytical skills, making well-informed, data-driven decisions.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated experience leading high-performing teams, fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
