Today, every manufacturing company is asking itself how to solve the challenge of an efficient, highly automated and digitized smart factory. With Industrial Cloud Solutions we want to provide a solution offer to simplify the daily work and optimize manufacturing and supply-chain processes in terms of transparency, flexibility, costs, quality and time enabled by cloud based IIoT solutions. In cross-functional agile Teams, cloud software engineers, designers and business-oriented experts contribute everything we need for professional industrial solutions. And by doing that, we're building up a new product-focused business for MHP.

The following tasks are waiting for you:

- You will be responsible for industrial SaaS use-cases and product validations
- You will work with client executives and operational teams, to structure Industrial cloud use-cases across the whole OEM value chain from the idea to clearly defined value proposition and business case behind
- You will structure and manage the use-cases end-to-end validation projects: problem framing, hypotheses, stakeholders, validation plan, team staffing to handover into development
- You will conduct the validation of use-cases within the real production environment
- You will convert customer experience into impactful input to our product direction and strategy
- You will work with internal specialists, product, and engineering teams to frame use-cases in scalable SaaS products
- You will drive or support the validation of SaaS products business models: hypothesis structuring, customers interviews (within VW Group and outside), financial case modelling

To be prepared for your journey as a User Case Accelerator, you should bring the following qualifications with you:

- **Completed Studies**:

- **Passion** for building a career in launching digital, hyper-scalable businesses in one of the most advanced industrial ecosystems in the world
- **Expertise** on business processes in manufacturing companies, ideally Automotive OEMs and experience (target 5+ years) in either Corporate Innovation or Management Consulting, or Product Management (technical or business) with experience in technical problem solving, and project delivery
- **Your working method **is** **characterized by successfully working in cross-functional development teams, a continuing process of education and the motivation to share and transfer your knowledge to the team

- **Start**:by arrangement - always at the beginning of a month
- **Working hours**:full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
- **Employment contract**:indefinite

- **Language skills**:fluent in German and good level skills in English
