Zur Erweiterung unserer Abteilung Legal & Compliance suchen wir in Festanstellung am Standort Berlin zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit einen:
**Legal Counsel / Unternehmensjurist (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Management vielseitiger und anspruchsvoller Rechtsangelegenheiten v.a. im internationalen Pharmarecht
- Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Unternehmensbereichen (insbesondere mit den Abteilungen Business Development und Supply Chain Management)
- Eigenverantwortliches Erstellen, Überarbeiten, Prüfen und Verhandeln von nationalen und internationalen Verträgen, insbesondere Lizenz-, Liefer-, Lohnherstellungs-, Vertriebs
- und Dienstleistungsverträge
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Bewertung, Geltendmachung und Durchsetzung von Gewährleistungs
- und Schadensersatzansprüchen
- Beurteilungen von Prozessrisiken sowie Begleitung von Gerichtsverfahren, insbesondere im Bereich Lizenz
- und Lieferverträge und Schnittstelle zu externen Juristen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts (Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist, Bachelor oder Master of Laws) oder Volljurist
- Erfahrungen im Healthcare Sektor, idealerweise in der Pharmabranche wünschenswert
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Rechtsgebieten: allgemeines Zivilrecht, Handels
- & Vertragsrecht, Pharmarecht, Kartell
- und Wettbewerbsrecht
- Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, crossfunktional mit verschiedenen Teams zusammenzuarbeiten
- Selbständige, strukturierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit einem lösungsorientierten Mindset
