**Der Job**:

- implement guidelines established by the WHO, BATa, BMBL etc. and coordinate the biosafety monitoring, compliance and response activities of all facilities
- provide administrative, technical and operational support to set up BSL-2/3 enhanced facility
- overseeing the day-to-day operations, conduct trainings, managing the safety of the BSL-2 enhanced facility and maintaining a bio risk management system
- coordination, quality controls and monitor the delivery of biosafety education and training to employees who work with or have potential for exposure to biological pathogenic agents
- receipt of pharmaceutical products in accordance with company procedures
- create inventory pick-lists within Depot Inventory Management System.
- preparation and filing of shipment export documentation as well as processing of shipment acknowledgment receipts
- stock control including periodic cycle counts according GXP and internal guidelines
- monitors all company Storage and Distribution activities involving the use of hazardous biological materials for compliance with appropriate regulations, policies, procedures and best practices
- review activities involving biohazardous materials and approve or recommend modifications to ensure safe practices

- Voll
- oder Teilzeit (40 Stunden/Woche in Vollzeit)
- Arbeitszeiten: Freitag, Samstag, Sonntag und Montag oder Montag - Freitag nach Absprache bzw. Verfügbarkeit
- Beginn: ab sofort
- Befristung: unbefristet - Direktvermittlung

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology or related field
- knowledge of current and emerging issues and trends in the area
- at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- knowledge and understanding of biosafety principles, policies, and procedures
- extensive knowledge and understanding regulations
- ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information
- skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy
- ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops
- program development and management skills
- investigative and problem solving skills
