**Your responsibilities**
- You will manage your individual trading portfolios and run proprietary trading strategies across power, gas, coal and carbon
- Interact closely with analysts to develop successful trading strategies and trading ideas
- Actively participate in developing forecasting models
- Manage a close relation to your colleagues working in the risk functions

**Your profile**
- At least 5 years of experience in trading the Continental power markets as well as trading other commodities, thereof min. 3 years as a Senior Trader
- A proven track record of at least 5 years of profitable active proprietary trading
- Trading experience in adjacent markets, including but not limited to Carbon, Coal and Gas
- Experience from being employed in international trading houses, banks or major utilities with a focus on news driven trading activities, less flow trading
- Detailed knowledge about the fundamental specifications of the German and surrounding power markets
- Relevant economic or finance degree or similar qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timing deadlines
- Be a team player
- Fluency in English
