**Head of Procurement Direct Materials (m/w/d)**

im Stammhaus in **Lengerich**:

- verkehrsgünstig im Münsterland auf der Achse Osnabrück-Münster gelegen.

Dein Tätigkeitsfeld
- Du verantwortest die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer strategischen Beschaffungsstrategie für direkte Materialien, spielst eine entscheidende Rolle im Rahmen bedeutsamer Einkaufsverhandlungen und betreibst erfolgreich Lieferantenmanagement.
- Deine herausragenden Fähigkeiten im Stakeholdermanagement ermöglichen es Dir, die Interessen des Bereichs Group Procurement sowohl intern als auch extern optimal zu vertreten.
- Mit großem Geschick leitest und steuerst Du ein hochmotiviertes Team von Beschaffungsspezialisten. Hierbei bist Du Sparrings-Partner für die unterstellten Mitarbeiter bei der Nutzung strategischer Einkaufsinstrumente sowie der Anwendung von diversen Methoden zur kontinuierlichen Wertsteigerung der Einkaufsfunktion.
- Du identifizierst Potenziale zur Konsolidierung von Lieferanten und zur Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse.
- Sukzessive standardisierst, digitalisierst und automatisierst Du die von Dir verantworteten Prozesse.

Dein Profil
- Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Ingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beschaffung, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen sammeln können.
- Du hast umfangreiche Erfahrung in der fachlichen, idealerweise auch disziplinarischen Leitung von Teams.
- In der strategischen Planung und Durchführung von kritischen und komplexen Vertragsverhandlungen konntest Du bereits tiefgehende Erfahrungen sammeln.
- Dich zeichnen ein hoher Grad an Empathie, Denken in komplexen Zusammenhängen, konsequente Ergebnisorientierung sowie ein sehr reflektiertes Konfliktverhalten aus.
- Dank Deiner sehr guten Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache gehst Du jede Herausforderung selbstbewusst an und motivierst Dein Team zu Höchstleistungen.
