Deine Aufgaben am königlichen Hof
- Tägliche Betreuung sowie Monitoring von Social Media Kanälen von Kund: innen auf Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook und YouTube
- Analyse, Strukturierung und Bewertung von Stimmungsbildern sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Kund: innen
- Moderation der Kommentarspalten durch die Beantwortung von Fragen und das Bereitstellen von geprüften Informationen
- Unterstützung der Projektmanager: innen bei der Erstellung umfassender Kampagnenreportings, Kund: innen
- und Teambriefings
- Ableitung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung on Content-Ideen anhand aktueller Themen und Geschehnisse in der Community
- Verfassen und Bereinigen des FAQs zur Beantwortung relevanter Fragen
- Mitarbeit und Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationsprozesse
- Veröffentlichung von Content für Kund: innen auf diversen Social Media Kanälen sowie die operative Unterstützung bei der digitalen Kommunikation zu politischen Themen unserer Kund: innen

Dein Missions Profil
- Studiengang mit Schwerpunkt politischer Kommunikation, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Publizistik oder einer ähnlichen Ausrichtung
- Einschlägige Praktika oder andere Erfahrungen im politischen Kontext
- Interesse und Erfahrungen im Bereich Social Media oder digitaler (Krisen-)Kommunikation
- Ein Gefühl für Sprache und einen sicheren Schreibstil
- Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Lust darauf, die spannende Welt der politischen Kommunikation hautnah mitzuerleben und zu gestalten
- Fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
