Dein neuer Verantwortungsbereich:

- **Customer Survey & Feedback**: Planung, Erstellung, Durchführung und Bilanzierung einer jährlichen Umfrage zum "Kundenerlebnis" und das kontinuierliche Einholen und verarbeiten von Feedback unserer Kunden
- **360-Grad-Ansicht der Customer Experience**: Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit und Datenerfassung mit Customer Success, um KPI-Messungen der Kundenerfahrung über die gesamte Customer Journey hinweg bereitzustellen.
- **Sales Operations Support**:

- Unterstützung der globalen Vertriebsabläufe bei der globalen Berichterstattung, der Einrichtung von Dokumentationen, der Einrichtung von Initiativen, der OKR-Überwachung usw.
- Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von Präsentationen, Briefings und anderen Formen von Vertriebsinformationen, die von der Abteilung Sales and Customer Experience benötigt werden.
- Unterstützung des globalen und lokalen Vertriebs bei der Umwandlung in eine One RIB- und OneSoftware-Organisation.

Dein Profil:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung mit einem betriebswirtschaftlichen Schwerpunkt
- Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Vertriebssupport erforderlich
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und prozessuale Denkweise
- IT Affinität und erste Erfahrung in der Einarbeitung in Tools & Software
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch-Kenntnisse (global interagierende Rolle)
