Für das Team am Standort in Hamburg wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt ein Head Of Operations (all genders) Solar Germany and France gesucht.

Aufgaben
- Sie leiten das Operations Team für Deutschland und Frankreich
- Sie sind ganzheitlich in der Verantwortung für das Solarportfolio Deutschland & Frankreich und bauen dieses sowie die Business Leads aus
- Sie übernehmen die Geschäftsführerrolle der Solarparkgesellschaften und verantworten das Budget des Profit Centers
- Sie kümmern sich um die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
- Sie tragen zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Operations-Bereichs und stellen alle notwendigen Informations
- und Datenflüsse sicher
- Sie verbessern und vereinheitlichen interne Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereichsleiter und den weiteren Heads
- Sie wirken aktiv am Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung der Solarexpertise der Encavis-Gruppe mit
- Sie übernehmen die kaufmännische und technische Betreuung der Solarparks bei optimaler Steuerung externer technischer und kaufmännischer Dienstleister und maximieren dabei die jährlichen Ausschüttungen der Projekte

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung aus den Bereichen der konventionellen Energien, erneuerbaren Energien oder des Immobilienmanagements
- Englisch und Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise ein Grundverständnis der französischen Sprache
- Offenheit für abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Kommunikationsstärke und Entrepreneurship
