Für den Bereich Customer Relationship Management der PAUL HARTMANN Deutschland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Kollegin/ einen Kollegen im Bereich** Data Architecture & Analytics**. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehört die Weiterentwicklung und Administration der Datenarchitektur, sowie die Entwicklung von Tools zur Vertriebssteuerung. Darüber hinaus agieren Sie als Berater im Hinblick auf die Interpretation von Daten für die unterschiedlichsten Funktionen innerhalb der PAUL HARTMANN Deutschland (Bsp. Marketing, Sales,).

**Aufgaben**:

- Verantwortung für **internationale** und **unternehmensübergreifende** **Projekte** (z.B. KPI Definition, Tracking)
- Selbständige Erstellung von **Ad-hoc-Analysen**:

- Beratung und Umsetzung datenbezogener Aufgabenstellungen zur Vertriebs-/ und Marketingsteuerung (z.B. Gebietsplanung, Segmentierung, Targeting)
- Entwicklung und Bereitstellung von **Tools zur Vertriebssteuerung** (z.B. Planungsinstrumente, Pricing Tools)
- Proaktive **Beratung interner Ansprechpartner** bei der Interpretation und Auswertung von Analyseergebnissen sowie bei der Umsetzung der Ergebnisse
- Unterstützung und eigenständige **Durchführung von Workshops** und Trainings mit dem Vertrieb, Marketing und Controlling

**Kompetenzen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften, (Wirtschafs-) Informatik oder vergleichbares
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Analytics, Marktforschung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP
- Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten und Fähigkeiten zur Problemlösung im Bereich Big Data
- Fortgeschrittene Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Erste Kenntnisse mit Alteryx, SAC und Salesforce wären wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
