Assistant Sportstyle

**GENERAL MANAGEMENT**

**ASSISTANT SPORTSTYLE**:

- Herzogenaurach, Germany**YOUR MISSION**:

- Support a smooth information and communication flow within the department
- Interact with internal stakeholders and point of contact for all BU Sportstyle team members
- Support organizing onboarding of new team members (equipment order, distribution of BU Sportstyle internal onboarding package)
- Organize and manage meetings/internal & external events within the Business Unit
- Support organization of travel schedules, bookings and expenses as well as visa coordination
- Support and assist with internal administrative, day to day related projects and daily operations for BU Sportstyle team

**YOUR TALENT**:

- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar area
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, proactive and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong analytical skills, prior experience in budget planning is a plus
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment
- Interest in sports culture is a plus
- Start date: 01.07.2023
