Ihre Aufgaben- Mitwirken bei Entwicklung und Einführung eines PMO-Ansatzes (Project Management Office) im Team, um regelmäßig aktuelle Information über Projektstatus, Roadblocks, Maßnahmen etc. dem Management zur Verfügung zu stellen, z.B. über geeignete Dashboards und Projekt-KPIs- Unterstützung bei der Leitung, Koordination und inhaltlicher Bearbeitung von Projekten mit Fokus auf digitale Vertriebsprozesse und -Systeme (bspw. Product Finder, Status Tracking, Reorder-Prozesse im Self-Service) entlang der Prozessabschnitte Lead to Order und Order to Cash.- Unterstützung im Aufbau einer nachhaltigen Prozess

Was wir suchen- Studium mit Bezug zu Digital Sales und bzw. in diesem Umfeld (Digital Business, Wirtschaftsinformatik, MINT-Fächer oder BWL mit entsprechender vertrieblich/technischer Ausprägung)- Affinität zu digitalen Medien und /oder Marketing. Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Digital Sales im B2C, ideal B2B von Vorteil- Gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office Programmen, insb. Sharepoint online, idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise, erste analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein gewisses Maß an Eigeninitiative
