Ihre Aufgaben
- disziplinarische Mitarbeiterführung im Verantwortungsbereich
- Gewährleistung bereichsrelevanter KPI´s und entsprechendes Tracking
- Globale zentrale Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Logistikabläufen
- Analyse und Optimierung von globalen Materialflüssen sowie dazugehörigen Transportwegen
- Einführung, Sicherstellung und Optimierung entsprechender Prozesse, Dokumentationen
- Sicherstellung der Logistikperformance von Lieferenten in enger Abstimmung mit Schnittstellen
- Definition von zukünftigen Logistikkonzepten
- Budget
- und Ressourcenplanung in Abstimmung mit den Werksleitern
- Globale Verantwortung Supply Chain Management
- Implementierung eines Verbesserungsvorschlagswesen
- Logistikcontrolling und Bestandsmanagement

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionsmanagement, Logistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistikplanung und Anwendung Gesamtheitliche Fachkenntnisse innerhalb der Logistik, der Logistikprozesse und der Supply Chain im Bereich Automotive
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse in den Modulen SD, WM, PP und MM
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Lean
- Sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse
- Kommunikations
- und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Eigeninitiative und strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Reisebereitschaft (50%)
