As a **S**ervice Mechanic**, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our partners in Germany. On a day-to-day basis, you will help our customers to maintain and repair their bike on site. Your mission is to maximize our fleet uptime and ensure that every bike is roadworthy.

**Responsibilities & Scope**
- Visit our partners to diagnose, maintain and service the e-bikes on site;
- Repair and service our fleet aiming for maximum reliability;
- Return the bike to rider in a safe and fully operational condition;
- Find recurring faults and share solutions with the team;
- Collaborate with the customer service and production teams to improve our service.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant experience as a mechanic, technician or engineer;
- Have a full Netherlands/Belgium/German driving license;
- Motivated to solve problems and learn;
- Customer focused;
- Good communication skills;
- Speak German, English and Dutch are a plus
- Bonus: Experience with e-bikes and lithium-ion batteries;
