**Was Dich erwartet**:
**Du bist ein Profi in sauberer Dokumentation und bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch? Dann werde Teil unseres Quality Teams im Bereich Customer Excellence**:
Aktive Mitarbeit im Excellence Team: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Dokumentation zu verschiedenen operativen Fragestellungen in verschiedenen Systemen immer auf dem neuesten Stand ist. Du erstellst klare Prozessbeschreibungen und aktualisierst Arbeitsanweisungen. Zudem pflegst du unsere Wissensdatenbank und begleitest den Datenumzug auf eine neue Plattform.

Mit deinem Interesse an technischen und prozessualen Zusammenhängen trägst du zur Optimierung bei.

Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem globalen Quality Team ist ein wichtiger Teil deiner Aufgaben. Du sorgst dafür, dass stets aktuelle Formulare verwendet werden und dass die Dokumentationen, wenn erforderlich, zweisprachig verfügbar und leicht zugänglich sind.

**Was Du mitbringst**:
Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung oder Erfahrung im Banken
- oder Finanzdienstleistungssektor. Zudem bringst Du praktische Erfahrung im Kundenservice, insbesondere in der Dokumentation von Prozessen mit. Die Verschriftlichung von operativen Zusammenhängen als Grundlage für Schulungen und Prüfungen ist kein Neuland für Dich.

Deine Aufgaben gehst Du kommunikativ, dienstleistungsorientiert und lösungsorientiert an - stets mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative, Aufgeschlossenheit und Neugier. Du beschreibst Deine Arbeitsweise als strukturiert und selbstständig. Gleichzeitig ist es Dir ein Anliegen genau zu arbeiten. Bedeutet: Du priorisierst und terminierst Deine Arbeit selbstständig, kannst flexibel auf neuen Input reagieren, ohne an einen Qualitätsverlust. Darüber hinaus sprichst und schreibst Du fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
