Tasks
- Lead EHS teams locally and coordinate strategy across the regions. Provide coaching and mentoring to help sites continually improve EHS performance
- Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Monitor injury rates, environmental metrics, and other KPIs
- Partner with regional operations leaders to integrate EHS into all business processes Advise on risk mitigation and provide strategic support
- Represent the company by embodying its values, setting an example for others
- Drive functional excellence to establish a world-class HSE organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE standards within the business
- Manage and oversee performance monitoring measures to ensure the effective execution of HSE projects and initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Proven regional/multinational HSE leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and facts, strong leadership abilities, logical thinking, systems thinking, physical fitness and stamina, adaptability
- Contribute to and execute regional HSE strategy aligned with business goals
- Effective people management and commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
- This role requires up to 30% international travel Occasional weekend or evening work may be necessary
