We are currently looking to fill the open position of an **Office Coordinator, based in Sindelfingen**, Germany.

This is a **part-time position with 50% (20h) and limited to 6 months**. The Office Coordinator is responsible managing the front desk and efficiently running the Stokke Office Hub in Sindelfingen.

**These are the main responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the managing efficient running of ‘front of house
- Other Administration tasks, such as first contact person for the visitors and guests, ordering office supplies and more
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and parcel shipments
- Maintaining meeting rooms and other social and collaboration space
- Running office improvement projects
- General travel management (Local hotel bookings, Egencia main contact)
- Support with Health and Security topics
- Implement activities to actively drive the culture and engagement with the focus on the Sindelfingen office keeping the global environment in mind

**Desired background & competence**
- Ideally an administrative education
- Experience from similar roles in hospitality or office reception
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks and likes to multitask
- Office based position, which requires to be fully in the office
