Unsere Abteilung „AI and Data Driven Business Models“ ist verantwortlich für Innovationen im Vertrieb und Marketing auf Basis von Daten und künstlicher Intelligenz sowie der Entwicklung der dazugehörigen Strategie. **Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:

- Zusammenarbeit mit KI Expert:innen, Entwickler:innen und externen Tech-Partnern in einem cross-funktionalen, agilen Umfeld mit end-to-end Verantwortung.
- Identifikation neuer Anwendungsfälle für intelligente Prozessautomatisierung, Generative KI (Foundation Models) und low-code/no-code Lösungen.
- Prozessanalyse und -optimierung als auch Requirement Engineering in Kollaboration mit Business Experten.
- Konzeption und Implementierung von Proof-of-Concepts, Minimum Viable Products und skalierbaren Lösungen auf Basis neuester Technologien (z.B. Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate (Desktop), Power Apps, Dataverse, Generative KI (OpenAI GPT)).
- Definition und Implementierung von CI/CD Pipelines und skalierbaren Lösungen.
- Aufbau von Partnerschaftem mit diversen Tech Anbietern und Durchführung von gemeinschaftlichen Forschungsprojekten.
- Identifikation von Technologie Gaps und Enwicklung von pragmatischen Lösungen für diese Lücken (z.B. Prompt Injection, Hallucination, Toxicity, Disinformation usw.).
- Beobachtung relevanter Markt
- und Technologietrends insbesondere in den Bereichen Intelligent Process Automation, Generative AI sowie weitere Tools zur Prozessautomatisierung.
- Onboarding und Training von Kolleg:innen in Low-code/No-code Automatisierungslösungen und Generativer KI.

**Qualifikationen**:
**Das bringst Du mit:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder Vergleichbares
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digitalisierung und mit neuen Technologien wie low-code/no-code Prozessautomatisierungsplattformen (z. B. Power Automate, Power Apps) oder Generative KI (z.B. OpenAI GPT) vorzugsweise in einer Beratung
- Data Science bezogene Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. R, Python, Scala, Matlab, etc.)
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Deployment von Lösungen in der Microsoft Azure Cloud, Google Cloud und AWS Cloud
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte sowie Kenntnisse über agile Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Pioniergeist im Umgang mit neuen Technologien
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und hohe Leistungsbereitschaft
