Primary Purpose:
The Sales Assistant (with a focus on visual merchandising) is the ambassador of customer needs/sales and Visual Merchandising guideline and standards, to champion best practice in our stores. The Sales Assistant must partner with the retail team and visual merchandising team whilst acting as an ambassador of the brand, and ensure customers’ needs are consistently exceeded.

- Model sales behaviors taught in company sales training programs;
- Maintain high energy on the sales floor whilst achieving the sales goals;
- Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously whist anticipating/meeting customers’ needs;
- Participate as a team member and encourage team to meet and exceed performance standards;
- Demonstrate professional ethics;
- Use their partnership skills with Store Manager, Store Associates & Field Visual Team to support all Visual Merchandising workflows;
- Continually generate new ideas while maintaining a collaborative and flexible mind-set;
- Be up to date on all seasonal Visual Merchandising Guideline messages and key ideas;
- Understand the monthly flow ideas and how they can translate into the store.
- Understand styling and composition skill set when adapting VM Guidelines to architecture and assortment.
- Lead and implement standards for the store.
- Champion the store audit visit checklist and VM audit.

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Very good English proficiency (essential), with German preferred but not mandatory;
- Previous experience in a retail service environment (essential), with luxury experience (desirable);
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and maneuver the sales floor.
- Communicate organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
