Development of the launch strategy, marketing strategy and derived tactical brand plan of an important new product/indication in a highly competitive market
Preparation and development of marketing strategies for the market launch with a particular focus on the further expansion of the adult vaccination platform in partnership with other priority brands, however focusing first on priority go to market model(s)/channel(s)
Lead a cross-functional team to a successful and competitive market launch in a co-creation context with global colleagues (global go-to-market strategy)
Content design of German co-creation contributions (Germany and USA are co-creation markets)
Development of strong agile/cross-functional working methods that meet the requirements of our customers/end users
Creation and implementation of the Launch Plan/Business Plan and its presentation at national and international level
Implementation or coordination of the implementation of the various measures from the Business Plan
Implementation of the global product materials including local adaptation
Ensuring the successful implementation in sales as well as continuous monitoring of product performance in cooperation with sales colleagues
Results tracking through formulation and business management of key performance indicators and course-correction as needed
Planning and implementation of national/regionalevents and congress activities
Planning and controlling of resources for the product (promotion budget, sales/sales planning)
Planning, development and evaluation of market analyses
Anforderungen
Successfully completed university studies
Sound professional experience in pharma marketing ( Respiratory or similar highly competitive settings, Vaccines experience is not a must)
At least one further function in the pharmaceutical environment, sales
Proven leadership and coaching experience
Conflict resolution and integrity
Good basic understanding of general business administration
Fast learner
High customer orientation to both internal and internal/external clients
In-depth experience in working with international functions as well as within matrix structures
Ideally international experience outside the German market in global roles
Ideally experience with project management/agile working
Will to succeed as well as entrepreneurial and strategic thinking (thinking in cross-functional, networked contexts)
Ability to change perspectives in cross -functional cooperation
Communicative competence and argumentation skills
Ideally German but not a must
