**Head of Production (m/w/d)**

**In der Funktion der Fertigungsleitung übernehmen Sie diese Verantwortung**
- **Personalmanagement**:Sie führen ein Fertigungsteam von 80-100 Mitarbeitern, darunter Führungskräfte wie Line Manager und Schichtverantwortliche
- **Qualitätsstandards**:Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung der IATF 16949 und ISO 13485-Standards, steuern die Produktionsplanung entsprechend der Kundenaufträge und sorgen für die Einhaltung von Lieferterminen
- **Budgetverantwortung**:Sie planen und kontrollieren das Budget, einschließlich Investitionen und Gemeinkosten und tragen zur Erreichung der Umsatzziele gemäß Vorgaben der Geschäftsleitung bei
- **Projektmanagement**: Sie koordinieren Abteilungsaufgaben, stellen personelle Ressourcen bereit und überwachen den reibungslosen Produktionsablauf
- **Arbeitssicherheit und Compliance**: Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Arbeits
- und Gesundheitsschutzregeln, inklusive Gefährdungsermittlung und Schulungen für alle Mitarbeiter im Bereich

**Ihre Qualifikation, Ihre Fähigkeiten**
- **Ausbildung und Erfahrung**: Idealerweise verfügen Sie über einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften (Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Halbleiter) oder haben einschlägige Führungserfahrung im Umfeld einer industriellen Fertigung gesammelt
- **Qualitätsbewusstsein und analytische Stärke**:Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Qualität und Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement mit und wissen Kennziffern effektiv auszuwerten und Optimierungsmaßnahmen einzuleiten
- **Hands-on-Mentalität**: Sie agieren proaktiv und praktisch, um Herausforderungen direkt anzugehen und innovative Lösungen zu finden
- **Führungskompetenzen**: Ihre Fähigkeiten in Mitarbeiterführung, -motivation und -entwicklung sowie eine strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise konnten Sie bereits erfolgreich anwenden
- **Kommunikationsstärke**: Als überzeugender Kommunikator können Sie effektiv mit verschiedenen Ebenen im Unternehmen interagieren
