Führung des Office, Health & Safety Teams sowie vollumfängliche Budgetverantwortung
für den Bereich
Beratung der Geschäftsführung zu Fragestellungen hinsichtlich des präventiven Gesundheitsschutzes
Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung des Gesundheitsmanagement sowie Durchführung gesundheitsfördernden Kampagnen und Events
Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen zur Gewährleistung von Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz am Arbeitsplatz
Entwicklung des New Work Offices Konzeptes sowie Projektleitung
Verantwortung des Objektmanagements, inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen und Kostencontrolling

WONACH WIR SUCHEN

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder alternativ betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources
Erste Führungserfahrung
Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative erforderlich
Gute SAP/R3 HR-Kenntnisse
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office Anwendungen (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
