**IHRE AUFGABEN**

Als Spezialist im Bereich Compensation and Benefits Deutschland sind Sie maßgeblich für die Gestaltung und operativen Umsetzung sowie das verlässliche Reporting der HELLA Vergütungspolitik in Deutschland zuständig. Im Mittelpunkt Ihrer Aufgabe steht dabei die Entlohnung in unterschiedlichen Tarifgebieten sowie im außertariflichen Bereich für unsere HELLA-Standorte und Tochtergesellschaften in Deutschland. Sie führen Marktanalysen durch, erarbeiten Vergütungsrichtlinien und setzen diese entsprechend um. Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Einführung und Überprüfung von Mitarbeiterbenefits und der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge in Deutschland. Sie arbeiten als Experte auf Ihrem Gebiet eng mit den HR Business Partnern sowie Fachbereichs
- und Abteilungsleitern zusammen.

**Marktanalysen durchführen**:

- Untersuchung von Vergütungsdaten und Arbeitsmarktbedingungen, um marktgerechte und wettbewerbsfähige Stellenbewertungen zu gewährleisten.
- Identifikation von Branchentrends und -entwicklungen, um strategische Entscheidungen zur Vergütung zu unterstützen.

**Vergütungsrichtlinien erstellen und umsetzen**:

- Gewährleistung der Einhaltung und Umsetzung der internen Vergütungsrichtlinien und -trategien.
- Identifikation von Anpassungsbedarf und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Vergütungsansätze.
- Unterstützung bei Reorganisationen im Hinblick auf die Aktualisierung oder der Veränderung und Neuschaffung von Vergütungsstrukturen.

**Stellenbewertungen durchführen**:

- Entwicklung und Aktualisierung detaillierter Stellenbeschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partnern.
- Objektive Bewertung von Positionen unter Verwendung etablierter Bewertungsmethoden und -kriterien sowie anhand der jeweils anwendbaren tariflichen Rahmenregelungen, insbesondere der IG Metall.

**Datenauswertung und Reporting**:

- Analyse von Vergütungsdaten und Erstellung von Berichten für das Management.
- Bereitstellung von Empfehlungen für Anpassungen anhand von Datenanalysen und Marktstudien.

**IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, Erfahrung in der Stellenbewertung von Vorteil (insb. Kenntnisse z.B. zur REFA-Methodenlehre).
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten aus verschiedenen IT-Systemen (z.B. SAP HR; Cornerstone) zu interpretieren und übersichtlich aufzuarbeiten.
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis für Arbeitsmarkt
- und Vergütungstrends.
- Kommunikationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit.
- Begeisterung für HR-Arbeit in einem innovativen und dynamischen Umfeld.
- Fokus auf Lösungen von Problemen, Veränderungsbereitschaft und der Wille für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen.
- Offene und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnissen.
