**The Role**

As the Lead Auditor you are responsible to assess that we operate according to our multi-dimensional control framework assuring we operate and deliver according to our regulatory requirements and above our customer expectations. You will support all business stakeholders to advance the control definitions and consult on control implementation requirements. You will further develop the internal control system (EBA Guidelines, IKS, MARisk) to address the needs of our regulated customers from the financial services industry (FSI) to as their strategic and material supplier addressing DORA, NIS2, ESG requirement as well as other global applicable regulations.

You will execute internal audits as the lead auditor and be the lead auditee for our audits with our independent external auditors or customers. You will follow-up the results of the audits with an integrated Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plan.

**Job location**

In this role, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Germany.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience as auditor for supplier in the financial services industry. Experiences in software development and cloud services are an advantage.
- Deep knowledge with ISO certifications esp. ISO9001, ISO27001, ISO22301
- In-depth experience with achieving attestations on service organisation control standards (SOC1, SOC2) and BSI Cloud Computing Compliance Criteria Catalogue (C5)
- Knowledge in ESG assessment standards, Ecovadis preferred
- Excellent communication and people-focused skills
- Fluent in English (C1) and solid German language skills (B2)
- A sense of humor
