**What you will do to help drive energy transition**:
- Being the first point of contact when it comes to detailed technical questions for new PV+energy storage installations.
- Developing technical installation training curricula for the partners in Europe, in cooperation with Product Development and Global Service departments.
- Maintaining, and expanding the training material of our Learning Management System, focusing on the specific requirements of the European countries where we have business interest.
- Creating training material, webinars and conduct education and training sessions for our internal team of Technical Support Specialists.
- Ensuring extensive and constant understanding of the energy storage portfolio of sonnen, in combination with full comprehension of partners and customer requirements, transmitting the principles of sonnen.
- Staying up to date on the electrical connection requirements and regulations where we have active products distribution.
- Being the central interface to the Distribution System Operators (DSO) in the specific countries of Europe when it comes to the requirements for installing and registering our products.
**What you will need for that journey**:
- A Bachelor’s/master’s degree in a technical or science field. Alternatively, you have several years of field experience installing and/or servicing PV and energy storage related components.
- You have at least 3+ years expertise in Solar industry (PV panels, inverters, storage).
- Strong understanding of electrical diagrams for Household installations.
- Passion and experience for Energy Storage and Renewable Energy.
- Excellent communication, public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Work both independently and within a team.
- Experience with CRM systems, case/ticketing systems is desired.
- Excellent customer and service orientation combined with good communication, team skills, and social competence.
- Ready to continuously further your education in the field of renewable energy technology and energy storage systems.
- Fluent English (written and oral) is required (additional languages are an advantage - German, Spanish, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, French, etc.)
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
