**Your key responsibilities**:
In this exciting role, you will support the Audi Engineering Department in the allocation, completion, and improvement of existing processes, the creation of documentation, as well as graphical/PowerPoint presentations. You will have the opportunity to gain a helicopter view of how the development process in the automotive industry takes place, specifically in the seating business.
- Collaboration with the development departments to understand daily tasks
- Proposing and optimizing processes
- Creating missing documentation for existing processes or workflows that are not yet officially documented
- Providing suggestions for improvements
- Creating visual representations of processes to simplify communication and understanding for others
- Conducting "interviews" with internal contacts to better understand the current activities within the team

**Your qualifications**:

- A technical degree is advantageous but not mandatory
- Background in business engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial/product design
- Assertiveness, self initiative, communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Structured and goal-oriented
- Open to learning new topics and interacting with others
- Fluent in English
- German, if possible, but not mandatory
