What You'll Do

As an independent and motivated Working Student, you'll be part of the Business Services Team for our Global Services Office in Munich which hosts about 200 employees. In this role you will gain interesting insights into office operations while supporting the team with its varied day-to-day business.

This will include:

- Maintaining the GSM Office Page and other Communication Platforms General office-, meeting
- and event-management Supporting the Team in Onboarding Processes Writing reports, presentations and office communication
- Contact person for all office related questions
- Take an active part in creating and maintaining a friendly working atmosphere
- Student community support
- Coordination of Facilty - and Operations requests

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. It is a temporary role from minimum 12 to maximum 24 months. You need to be an enrolled student in a university in Munich._**

What You'll Bring
- You are currently enrolled at an institute of higher education in Germany
- You have ideally completed internships or gained some practical experience in a service-oriented field
- You are a proficient user of the MS Office package
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile

Who You'll Work With

In an international environment, you'll work together closely with the Business Services Team in the Global Services Munich Hub, who will support you in your daily work. Our collaboration as a team is characterized by mutual support, an active exchange of experience, and strong trust. In addition to your onboarding, your colleagues will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your new role and assist you with any questions you may have.
