Your Role
You will be the responsible digital product owner for the platform of our CinCraft ecosystem and support all adjacent digital marketing activities. With the CinCraft ecosystem we transform the traditional lens business of ZEISS Cinematography into a digital ecosystem, serving our customers in all phases of a film production and especially in VFX and Virtual Productions. Your role:
- Lead Scrum Team as PO for CinCraft shop, translate requirements from Stakeholders into new technical requirements/features/user stories- Define, prioritize and manage the product backlog- Coordinate design specifications with UX/UI and stakeholders and steer implementation for the portal/website- Define and manage the ordering, shipping, fulfillment, billing and licensing process with connection to SAP and other interfaces- Manage budget, time and resources of external implementation teams and partners- Coordinate Deployments- Approve development deliveries by testing and verifying features- Coordinate Bugfixing and ensure a stable portal environment to deliver best possible customer experience- Create content roadmap for Mapper/CinCraft marketing activities- Drive Content Development for portal and website- Define roadmap for CinCraft portal and match development of portal with CinCraft product development-
- Support Digital Marketing activities for the whole portfolio of ZEISS Cinematography and especially for the go-to-market of the CinCraft Ecosystem.
Your Profile- Bachelor Degree in Digital Business/Marketing/Economics/Software Development- 3-5 years experience in running digital platforms (development as well as content management)- Technical understanding of system architecture required for operating digital platforms (SAP, digital payment provider)- Open in communication, as well as reliable, self-organized, and able to manage several workstreams in parallel- Fluency in English
