Your tasks
- You support the recruiting team in the operational day-to-day business
- You take over the communication with applicants and the preparation of interviews
- You develop and publish job advertisements
- You keep an eye on our Company Reviews
- You support the coordination of career fairs digital & onsite
- You support with ideas for new recruiting ways
- You create reports and presentations around the topic of recruiting

Your skills
- You are an enrolled student, preferably from the fields of business administration, human resources or economics
- First experience in the field of HR is beneficial
- You have a structured, independent and proactive way of working
- You are a strong communicator and have fluent German (B2/C1-Level) and fluent English skills
