**Team Lead Project Engineering (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**
- Führung und Entwicklung des Teams
- Koordination aller Projekte im Team sowie Kapazitätsplanung im Team
- Durchführung der Projekt
- und Terminbesprechungen mit der Technik, dem Procurement, Lieferanten, der Produktion und dem Controlling
- Gestaltung und Optimierung von Ablaufprozessen
- Mitwirkung bei und Führen von Initiativen zur Entwicklung bzw. Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen entsprechend der Strategieplanungen
- Mitwirkung an der Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung der Unternehmens-/BU-Ziele
- Unterstützung in strategischen Planungen
- Sicherstellung des Informationsaustausches innerhalb der zugeordneten Organisation sowie über die Schnittstellen zu anderen Organisationseinheiten

**Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (z. B. im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter von Großprojekten im Maschinen
- oder Anlagenbau
- Sicher im Lesen und Auswerten technischer und kommerzieller Kundenspezifikationen sowie der Projektierung von Extrusionsanlagen für die Polyolefin-Industrie
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, strategisches Denken, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie gute Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Sicheres Auftreten/Führungskompetenz
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft weltweit
