**Wir suchen einen enthusiastischen Fleet Electrification Scientist mit Begeisterung für die zukünftige Mobilität und Logistik. Als Organisationstalent Deines Teams integrierst Du zusammen mit den Tech-Experten des Projekts technische Teillösungen zu einem intelligenten Flotten
- und Standortmanagement für elektrische Nutzfahrzeuge.**
**Motivation**:
Wir arbeiten an einer der wichtigsten Herausforderungen der aktuellen Dekade: Der Elektrifizierung und Dekarbonisierung der Mobilität. Insbesondere die Nutzfahrzeugelektrifizierung stellt dabei eine enorme Herausforderung dar, da große Flotten, hohe Distanzen und unbedingte Verlässlichkeit eine wesentlich größere Rolle spielen als im Pkw.
Das neue Forschungsprojekt SPIRIT-E umfasst die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von geteilter Ladeinfrastruktur an Logistik-Hubs sowie die Implementierung von integriertem Flotten
- und Energiemanagement vom Fahrzeug bis zum Energiesystem. So trägt es dazu bei, Ressourcen zu sparen, die Infrastrukturauslastung zu verbessern und eine erfolgreiche Energie
- und Mobilitätswende in Deutschland zu erreichen. Dabei arbeiten wir mit sieben Partnern aus Forschung und Industrie zusammen, vom OEM bis zu innovativen Start-ups, und setzen entwickelte Lösungen in Reallaboren um.

**Deine Herausforderung**:
Wir suchen einen enthusiastischen Fleet Electrification Scientist mit Begeisterung für die zukünftige Mobilität und Logistik. Als Organisationstalent Deines Teams integrierst Du zusammen mit den Tech-Experten des Projekts technische Teillösungen zu einem intelligenten Flotten
- und Standortmanagement für elektrische Nutzfahrzeuge. Du hast den roten Faden stets im Blick, sorgst mit geeigneten Bewertungsfunktionen und Evalutionsszenarien für einen messbaren Projekterfolg und untersuchst die Skalierbarkeit der Projektansätze unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit. Als kommunikatives Herz der Gruppe koordinierst Du die Umsetzung des Reallabors und organisierst einen Kundenbeirat der Logistikbranche, bestehend aus verschiedenen wirtschaftlichen Akteuren. Deine Tätigkeit bereitet Dich optimal auf eine spätere Karriere in der Industrie vor und bietet Dir die Möglichkeit, Dir ein innovatives Netzwerk in Wissenschaft und Wirtschaft aufzubauen.
**Dein Profil**:
Als ideale Kandidatin, oder idealer Kandidat, verfügst Du über einen Masterabschluss in einem technisch-naturwissenschaftlichen Fachgebiet. Vor allem aber bist Du ein Kommunikations
- und Organisationstalent, hast im Studium Managementkurse belegt, warst bereits in der Industrie tätig, oder hast sonstige konkrete Erfahrung mit der Strukturierung und Durchführung von Teamprojekten.
**Deine Chancen**:
Als Teil unseres Teams gestaltest Du aktiv die Mobilitätswende mit und baust Dir ein wertvolles Netzwerk aus Akteuren der Mobilität und Logistik auf. Du wirkst in einem Team von erfahrenen Smart Mobility Experten mit, die dich mit ihrer Fachkenntnis unterstützen und fördern. Für Deine Rolle im Projekt stehen Dir über die Kontakte Deiner Forschungsgruppe die Türen in die Mobilitätswelt Münchens weit offen. Im Rahmen Deiner Arbeit baust Du Dein Wissen kontinuierlich aus, gibst es weiter und betreust Studienarbeiten, um unmittelbaren Nutzen in der Logistikbranche zu erzielen. Bei entsprechender Eignung besteht die Möglichkeit zur Promotion.
