**Composite Designer Airplane Doors (m/w/d)**:
**Ihr persönliches Profil**
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Luft
- und Raumfahrt und/oder Maschinenbau
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Engineering bzw. Luft
- und Raumfahrt, im Speziellen: Erfahrung in der Entwickung von Luftfahrtstrukturen und sichere Materialkenntnis im Umgang mit Faserverbundwerkstoffen
- versierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Catia V5 incl. CPD
- VPM Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit PDM-Systemen (PASS) oder TAKSY
- detaillierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office, SAP sowie vpm
- verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- lösungsorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- hohe Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- überdurchschnittliches Engagement

**Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben**:
Die Organisationseinheit "Airplane Doors Design" verantwortet alle Designaktivitäten im Bereich Airplane Doors, im Wesentlichen die kontinuierliche Serienbetreuung, die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Produkte sowie die Entwicklung neuer wettbewerbsfähiger Türsysteme dar. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

- Konstruktion & Konfiguration von komplexen Faserverbundteilen für Flugzeugtüren und Frachttore in CATIA V5
- Vordimensionierung und Vorkonstruktion, koordiniert mit den Bereichen Statik und Fertigung
- Konzeptionierung und Untersuchung von Designprinzipien unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigungs
- und Kostenaspekten gem. Kundenspezifikation und Zulassungsvorschriften
- Auswahl geeigneter Materialien und Werkstoffkombinationen
- Detailkonstruktion sowie Erstellung von Bauunterlagen (Modelle, Zeichnungen, Stücklisten) nach Vorschriften des Flugzeugherstellers
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Change Notes/Change Requests
- Unterstützung der Musterprüfung und Erstellung relevanter Zulassungsdokumente
- Betreuung von Serienanläufen/Serienprogrammen bei Flugzeugkomponenten
