- **Fachliche Expertise**:

- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzwesen, speziell im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien und Immobilienwirtschaft.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Projektfinanzierung, inklusive der Analyse von Finanzmodellen, Budgetierung und Risikobewertung.
- **Branchenkenntnisse**:

- Tiefgehendes Verständnis der PV-Industrie, ihrer regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen und in der Projektfinanzierung
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Finanzierungsplanung und Umsetzung von Immobilien und PV-Projekten.
- **Finanzmanagement**:

- Proaktive Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien zur Maximierung von Renditen und zur Sicherstellung der finanziellen Gesundheit des Unternehmens.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Cashflow-Analysen und Budgetüberwachung.
- **Projektmanagement**:

- Erfolgreiche Koordination von Finanzprojekten von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
- Sicherstellung der finanziellen Compliance und Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften.
- **Teamführung**:

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Leitung von Finanzteams und der Entwicklung von Finanzexperten.
- Fähigkeit zur motivierenden Führung und Förderung einer effektiven Teamarbeit.
- **Kommunikationsfähigkeiten**:

- Exzellente Kommunikations
