Die Logistik nach Jahren der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern wieder intern durchzuführen, die Logistik und Lieferkette besser zu verstehen, verzahnen und damit das A320-Programm optimal zu unterstützen sind die Kernaufgaben der Airbus Logistik GmbH.

Für diese neuen Chancen und Herausforderungen in der Welt der Logistik sucht die **Airbus Logistik GmbH **in Hamburg zu sofort eine/n motivierte/n **Head of Cross Dock & Marketplace **(m/w/d) **für unseren Standort in Finkenwerder **.

Zu Ihren Tätigkeiten gehören:

- **Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines schichtübergreifenden Teams**
- **Auswahl, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern, inkl. Durchführung von Personalgesprächen, Schulungen, Belehrungen und Einweisungen**
- **Priorisierung, Steuerung und Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen und termingerechten Abwicklung der im Fachbereich anfallenden Aufgaben**
- **Ansprechpartner für die Klärung von Beanstandungen und bei Schnittstellenproblemen**
- **Umsetzung und Kontrolle der Einhaltung von Betriebsanweisungen, Working Procedures, Working Instructions sowie der Betriebsordnung insbesondere mit Blick auf Arbeitssicherheit (Safety Walks,)**
- **Optimierung von Prozessen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich**
- **Unterstützung der operativen Leitung in der Bereichsführung sowie bei der Durchführung von Projekten**

Folgende Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen sind erforderlich:

- **Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik sowie Weiterbildung als LogistikmeisterIn oder Vergleichbares von Vorteil**
- **Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als disziplinarische Führungskraft mit mehr als 20 MitarbeiterInnen**
- **IT-Kenntnisse im Bereich Materialwirtschaftssysteme und Google Workspace von Vorteil**
- **gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift**
- **Fachkenntnisse im Im
- und Exportbereich; **Erfahrung in Lagerlogistikprozessen von Vorteil**
- **Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kennzahlenaffinität, Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und Kundenorientierung**
- **Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit sowie selbständige Arbeitsweise
