**About the Venture**

We are a dynamic startup, infused with the passion and expertise of three visionary brothers. Their collective experience spans prominent technical groups and esteemed management consulting firms like BCG. Not only that, but they've already embarked on a remarkable entrepreneurial venture with resounding success.

Now, we are all set to revolutionize the vehicle inspection for motor vehicles. We already make significant revenue per month and are profitable - so no product-market-risk and not a typical start-up cash-burn machine ;)

**About the Role**

By joining our venture as expansion intern, you'll be part of a team that thrives on innovation and dares to challenge the status quo. **What success looks like in the first months**
- You provided strong leverage to our founding team to build the strategy and scale operations (e.g. developing a playbook for fast entering in other TIC areas).
- You participated in the design and implementation of new operational and business processes.
- You helped to optimise the growth, marketing, product, operations, and customer success functions.
- You conducted data-driven analysis and provided performance insights across different areas of the business.
- You conducted industry benchmarking analysis, developed strategic insights, and identified new market opportunities (e.g. conducting market research on new sites).
- You supported the founding team in other relevant/ priority tasks.

**What you need to be great at this job**
- Available for at least 3 months.
- At least 1,5 years of study time (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics or similar).
- Ability to identify, analyse, structure and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to take ownership and successfully deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of independence.
- Ability to be hands-on.
- First experience in project management is a plus.
- Strong business curiosity, motivation to learn, and willingness to make things happen.
- Fluency in German is required.
