**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Einrichten und Bedienen komplexer Montage
- und Prüfsysteme zur Montage von Leistungselektroniken für automobile Anwendungen
- Aktives Unterstützen bei der Prozessfindung in mehreren unterschiedlichen Projekten
- Koordinieren einzelner Produktionsabläufe und des Montagepersonals zur termingerechten Lieferung der Leistungselektronik
- Optimieren der Prozesse bis zur Übergabe an ein Serienwerk.
- Vorbereiten und Durchführen von Schulungen in Produktionswerken zur späteren Übergabe der Produkte und Prozesse an den jeweiligen Serienstandort

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, bevorzugt Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, oder Anlagenelektroniker
- Berufserfahrung im Betreuen von automatisierten Fertigungsanlagen
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets und SAP/R3
- Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im 3-Schicht-System sowie zu Wochenendschichten
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Selbständigkeit, sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein

**Befristung: max. 12 Monate**
