Purchasing Coordinator Telecommunications

**Job description**:

- You are the central point of contact for the local team on all procurement (pricing), supply chain (delivery times, capacities) and logistics (warehouse, transport) issues
- You manage relationships with local offices of preferred suppliers
- You process planning and forecasting information for our projects in collaboration with the central Supply Chain Manager and coordinate the outbound of project material
- You track projects together with project coordinators or sales teams and find the right balance between excellent service and financial targets (JIT principle, inventory)

**Profile**:

- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent work experience
- You have 2+ years of experience in a related operational/tactical role
- You are proficient in the use of ERP (SAP)
- You have a good working knowledge of MS Excel and Office 365 (e.g. PowerBI).
- Your strengths lie in process development
- You are an excellent negotiator with good commercial skills.
- You are able to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the company.
- You speak German & English
- You are dynamic, practical, analytical and eager to learn
- You take initiative and are able to work independently to a limited extent
