**Your contribution to TenneT**:
At TenneT you actively contribute to an efficient energy transition by developing suitable market design solutions in co-creation with stakeholders. In an international working team you are working in particular on the following:

- You develop future-proof market concepts for the challenges regarding flexibility needs of our increasingly weather-dependent energy system and congestion management
- You participate in (research) projects related to questions how to improve the energy market of tomorrow, such as energy data-X
- You analyse energy markets quantitively as well as qualitatively and extract key insights
- You will represent TenneT externally in project teams and working groups on market design topics and perform stakeholder management
- You will work in the market design department which is a Dutch-German team of highly educated and motivated people

**Your profile and background**:

- You have an academic degree in economics, engineering or a similar qualification
- You are interested in the energy transition and market mechanisms
- You preferably have in-depth knowledge of the European energy sector as well as a network and contacts in the electricity sector
- You have skills in structuring and analysing complex interdependencies and you like to present your work towards stakeholders
- You are able to get things done in a complex environment in collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- You speak English and German fluently
