Deine Aufgaben
**Wir suchen Dich als leidenschaftliche**: n, zuverlässige: n und selbstorganisierte: n People Partner: in (Tech Recruiting) in unserem People Team, welche: r unsere Mitarbeitenden als wichtigsten Teil unserer Organisation versteht.
- Du entscheidest, welche Rekrutierungsstrategie für unsere IT-/Engineering-Stellen am besten geeignet ist und setzt diese erfolgreich um
- Du begleitest den Bewerbungsprozess von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung und darüber hinaus: Sichtung von Lebensläufen, Durchführung von Pre-Calls und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Du recherchierst auf LinkedIn nach spannenden und geeigneten Kandidat: innen
- Du entwickelst neue Recruiting-Konzepte und -Maßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Recruiting-Trends
- Du unterstützt uns beim Onboarding und weiteren Aufgaben der Personaladministration, wie z.B. der Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen
Dein Profil
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im IT- oder Sales-Recruiting
- Du hast Spaß daran, das Eis zu brechen und dein Gegenüber zum Reden zu bringen
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungsgeschick und ein sicheres Auftreten
- Du kannst Menschen für dich gewinnen und für eine Sache begeistern
- Du bist offen für Neues und lösungsorientiert
- Du bist jederzeit bereit anzupacken und sobald eine Entscheidung getroffen wurde, machst du dich energisch ans Werk
- Durch deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise behältst du auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
