Deine Aufgaben
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Lokalisierung von Inhalten für die Webseite, App und Marketing Kommunikation
- Du übersetzt und adaptierst Texte vom Englischen ins Deutsche und stellst dabei sicher, dass sie für die Zielgruppe relevant und in Ton und Stil einheitlich sind und zu unserer Brand passen
- Du arbeitest eng mit allen internen Stakeholdern zusammen (Copywriting, Design, Produkt, Marketing) und hältst so qualitative Anforderungen und Fristen ein
- Du lektorierst und korrigierst bereits bestehende Texte und traust dich dabei, den Status Quo infrage zu stellen, um das Ergebnis zu verbessern
- Du bist up-to-date, was Best Practices im Bereich Lokalisierung angehen und kannst daraus konkrete Empfehlungen zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse ableiten
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Style Guides und unserer Content Library als Grundlage für zukünftige Projekte

Was du mitbringst
- Du kommunizierst hervorragend in Deutsch (Erstsprache) und besitzt ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrungen im Copywriting mit und kannst Texte für ein deutschsprachiges Publikum sinnvoll übersetzen und anpassen
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Management von Lokalisierungsprojekten und ein fundiertes Verständnis von relevanten Arbeitsprozessen
- Du hast idealerweise einen Abschluss im Bereich Übersetzung, Linguistik, Kommunikation oder eine andere Zertifizierung im Bereich Lokalisierung
- Du bringst hervorragende organisatorische, kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit und kannst in einem dynamischen Umfeld effizient arbeiten
