**Senior Venture Architect (M/F/d)**

**Your tasks and responsibilities will be**
- You will take the lead in building the Sennheiser Lab X team as the future corporate venture builder of Sennheiser and develop the processes, workflows, templates, management systems and governance structure
- You will take the lead on our venture projects, working closely with management and stakeholders and leading interdisciplinary project teams
- You analyze trends, markets, start-ups and venture capital flows in the audio market and consider socio-economic changes
- You develop and validate business opportunities/product and business models and translate them into convincing business pitches (incl. finance modeling)
- You take over user & stakeholder research and are responsible for the design and execution of workshops
- You develop meaningful decision bases for investment decisions and design go-to-market strategies
- You are the problem solver for all challenges that a company setup, as well as its integration into the business or spin-off brings with it
- You have a successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- You bring several years of experience in digital management consulting, in (corporate) venture building, in the new business area of a company and/or in building a successful startup. Preferably in the audio world
- You are experienced in communicating with stakeholders and managing strategic projects as well as shaping strategic decision-making processes
- You have an entrepreneur mind-set, possess a strong business understanding and are experienced in the "from scratch to market traction" process
- You convince with your confident appearance in a collaborative work environment
- You continuously reflect on your decisions in terms of user and market needs and prioritize them in relation to our customer's value creation and impact on our business
- You have strong analytical methodological skills, especially in the area of Design Thinking & Lean Startup and act with a strong hands on mentality
- You have excellent English skills and feel comfortable as an absolute team player in an international company
