- Evaluate and analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and milestones;
- Collaborate with teams across different domains to identify opportunities, understand business needs, and ensure alignment with process improvements;
- Utilize programming skills and API knowledge to automate tasks, integrate systems, and enhance data flow across platforms;
- Document standard operating procedures, process flows, and best practices to ensure clarity and consistency in process execution for various projects.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Proven experience streamlining business, Procure to Pay processes, and implementing process improvements;
- Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript, with a fundamental understanding to build APIs and basic SQL;
- Fluent in German language, both written and verbal;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience with process automation tools like BPMN and RPA is advantageous.
