We, the sh GmbH - Sixt Rent a Car Agency Ramstein US Army Air Base,

are looking for strong, service-oriented employees (M/F / d) for our location in Ramstein as soon as possible.

**Your job - takes off like our cars**:

- You advise our customers in the rental station
- You ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and adhere to our service standards
- You coordinate our premium vehicle fleet
- You support customers during their rental pick up and return
- You help us to prepare returned vehicles for the next customer
- You deliver cars to dealer ships around if a car needs to be repaired or needs maintenance

**Your profile - ready to step on the gas pedal**:

- You stay calm, even in turbulent times, and act in an organized and responsible manner
- You speak English very well and a you have a german/european (USEUR) driver's license
- You already have an installation pass (ID Card) or can provide a criminal record without entries

**Ihr Job - Geht ab wie unsere Autos**:

- Sie pflegen und reinigen unsere Vermietfahrzeuge
- Sie übergeben die Fahrzeuge an unsere Kunden und nehmen diese auch wieder von unseren Kunden zurück
- Sie fahren die Fahrzeuge zu unseren Kunden und holen die Fahrzeuge von unseren Kunden wieder ab
- Sie stellen eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und halten dabei unsere Servicestandards ein
