**Essential duties & responsibilities**
- You will define the product vision and strategy for the Salesforce Order Management System in collaboration with stakeholders.
- You will create and maintain the product backlog and prioritize the handling of user stories with the team.
- Working closely with our developers, you will ensure the technical feasibility of new features.
- You will continuously monitor and analyze user feedback and metrics to evaluate product performance and make improvements.
- You will organize and conduct sprint planning, review, and refinement meetings with the development team.
- You will assist designated stakeholders within the departments in creating user stories and modeling target processes.

**Qualifications, skills & abilities**
- A degree, preferably in (business) informatics, business administration, or a related field of study.
- You have previous experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role, ideally in Order Management or E-Commerce.
- You possess an agile mindset and knowledge of agile (software) development methods, such as Scrum.
- You have strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
- You enjoy tackling complex problems and have a strong, analytical mindset.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
