**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium - z.B. BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Kommunikations
- oder Medienwissenschaften - mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing / Kommunikation / Human Resources oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren, relevanten Positionen
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Gestaltung einer Arbeitgebermarke
- Versierte Kenntnisse im Social Media Bereich sowie in den Kerngebieten des digitalen Marketings in Bezug auf das Personalmarketing
- Erfahrung in der Projektverantwortung und -steuerung
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Beratungskompetenz gepaart mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Ein hohes Maß an Kreativität um neue und innovative Ideen zu finden und umzusetzen

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung des Bereiches Recruiting / Employer Branding mit Personalverantwortung
- Konzeption, strategische Planung sowie kreative Ausarbeitung der Arbeitgebermarke REMA TIP TOP AG inkl. der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Karriereseite
- Ableitung und Umsetzung von internen und externen Maßnahmen mit dem gesamten HR-Bereich
- Verantwortung und Durchführung der externen Kommunikation
- Entwicklung innovativer und effizienter Recruiting-Strategien
- Erstellung und Betreuung der Arbeitgeberprofile in sozialen Netzwerken (Communityaufbau und -management)
- Koordination und Planung von Kampagnen und Projekten mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
- Erster Ansprechpartner für alle Themen rund um die Arbeitgeberkampagnen
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Firmen im Unternehmensverbund
- Erfolgsmessung der durchgeführten Maßnahmen mit Reportingerstellung
