Rommelag hat 12 Standorte in Deutschland, der Schweiz, den USA, China und Indien. Weltweit beschäftigen wir rund 2.000 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Rommelag CMO ist der Bereich für Lohnherstellung und -entwicklung der Rommelag Gruppe. Die Holopack Verpackungstechnik GmbH produziert an zwei Standorten mit über 700 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern im Kundenauftrag hochwertige Arzneimittel mittels bottelpack Blow-Fill-Seal Technologie. Unsere Stärken sind die Herstellung, Verpackung und Prüfung von flüssigen und halbfesten Lösungen wie Augentropfen und Parenteralia aus einer Hand.

**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Analyse komplexer Prozessabläufe zur Identifizierung und Hebung von Verbesserungspotentialen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung werksübergreifender Lean-/KVP-Strategien, sowie Ableitung von Lean-Zielen in Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen
- Durchführung und Begleitung von Pilotprojekten und Ramp-Ups für Operational Excellence Initiativen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Managementebene innerhalb der operationellen Unternehmensführung. Eigenverantwortliche Vertretung der angewandten Methodik gegenüber dem Management
- Konzeptionierung und inhaltliche Erarbeitung von KPI-basierten Reporting-Strukturen, KPIs und Dashboards im operationellen Umfeld
- Optimierung des Shopfloormanagements in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
- Wissensmanagement: Konsolidierung von best-practice Ansätzen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Herstellbereichen an beiden Standorten
- Koordination sämtlicher LEAN-Aktivitäten
- Coach und Mentor für Führungskräfte, Produktions
- und Qualitätsmitarbeiter
- Führung von Projektmitarbeiter und Projektteams
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der OpEx Mitarbeiter
- Planung und Durchführung von strategischen und operationellen Workshops
- Strategische Konzeptentwicklung inkl. systematischer Identifizierung von Schwachstellen und Entwicklung von Empfehlungen
- Automatisation von technischen Prozessen (smart manufacturing, u.a. unter Verwendung von Cobots)
- Leitung und Koordination des betrieblichen Verbesserungsvorschlagswesen
- Sehr gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Master-Abschluss in einem technischen Ingenieursbereich oder Wirtschaftsingenieur; wir sind offen für andere technische Studiengänge (verfahrenstechnischer technischer Ingenieurshintergrund ist wünschenswert)
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit Schwerpunkt Lean-Management, Lean-Methoden sowie deren Anwendungen
- Erfahrung im Umgang und Leitung von interdisziplinären Teams - speziell in der fachlichen Führung ohne unmittelbare Weisungsbefugnis (leadership and management without authority)
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Herstellprozessen im Bereich pharmazeutischer Abfüllung und Verpackung (GxP Erfahrung wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung)
- Ausgeprägte Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Denken über den Tellerrand hinaus
- Ausgeprägte analytische und systematische Problemlösungsfähigkeit
- Proaktivität und Antizipation
